The \u201cHome Savings 2 program\u201d provides homeowners with financial incentives (in the form of a subsidy and interest rate loan) to make important interventions that improve the energy efficiency of their property.<\/p>\n
The loans are co-financed in a ratio of 1: 2 (Hellenic Development Bank SA \/ Bank). The part of the funds provided by the Hellenic Development Bank SA is interest free and is exempt from the contribution of Law 128\/75. The interest rate on the funds provided by the Bank is 100% subsidized by Hellenic Development Bank SA. The contribution of Law 128\/75 amounts to 0.08% and is paid by the Beneficiary.<\/p>\n
