What is the Energy Home Savings 2 program?
The “Home Savings 2 program” provides homeowners with financial incentives (in the form of a subsidy and interest rate loan) to make important interventions that improve the energy efficiency of their property.
The loans are co-financed in a ratio of 1: 2 (Hellenic Development Bank SA / Bank). The part of the funds provided by the Hellenic Development Bank SA is interest free and is exempt from the contribution of Law 128/75. The interest rate on the funds provided by the Bank is 100% subsidized by Hellenic Development Bank SA. The contribution of Law 128/75 amounts to 0.08% and is paid by the Beneficiary.
To whom is the program “Home Savings 2” addressed to?
The program is addressed solely to private property owners who wish to upgrade their homes.
